Maria's Boutique Shipping & Handling Policies

Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery ( shipping time could change depending on product availability ) . No shipping on weekends and holidays. We ship all our items via USPS Ground or UPS Ground only, unless other special shipping instructions are given by customer. We do not ship to AFO or P.O. Boxes. Please specify shipping address when you place an order. Customer will be notified with total and tracking info by email once we ship out the order.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final and we do not accept any returns unless it is a manufacturers issue. We inspect thoroughly every item before being shipped out. If an item was shipped out with any manufacturers defects or as a result of our error, you can email us some photos of the damage if possible and you can return it. Items should be returned on their original and unused condition, in their original product packaging and with the original tags. As soon as we receive it we will reinspect it and if we feal that it was a manufacturers defect or an error on our part we will reimburse you of your shipping fees. If we find that the defect was not from factory you have the choice of getting it back and we will charge you for shipping it back. In case you picked the wrong color or the wrong size we will accept the item back, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restock fee. We will notify you of your refund via email once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that were purchased on clearance are not returnable on any circumstances. Refund checks could take between 15-30 days to process.
