All orders are shipped within 48 hours ( shipping time could change depending on product availability ) of payment receipt except weekends and holidays. Shipping is via USPS Ground or UPS Ground unless special instructions are given by customer. We do not ship to AFO or P.O. Boxes. Please specify shipping address when you place an order. Customer will be notified with total and tracking info by email once we ship out the order.

Return Policy

You may return new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not refund any items after 7 days of delivery. You have to email El Rodeo before returning any products and explaining the reason for the return. Items should be returned in their original and unused condition, in their original product packaging and with the original tags. Once we receive the return it will be reinspected accordingly and only then the refund will be applied. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restock fee. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that were purchased on clearance are not returnable. Refund checks will take 15-30 days to process.
